tolstoys:
He yelled a few more times throughout the night, mostly he’s been having loud conversations and repeatedly slamming his door. But I’m also 80% certain he’s spent the last ten minutes meowing like a cat and making cooing noises like a pidgeon.
So after the meowing and cooing became more pronounced, I went outside to investigate, and my neighbor has his door wide open and is standing behind it. It’s obvious he’s the one making the noises.
I noticed earlier that Rafi went out for a bit with his collar on and then came back less than an hour later with it gone. And now I am sincerely freaked out that he’s trying to lure my cat into his apartment, especially after he told that officer that he keeps a bb gun to shoot dogs with at the dog park.
I’m already certain that he was the one who called the office and made the complaint about the cat that woke me up the day Nina went back to the hospital. So I’m pretty sure (I know almost for certain) that he’s been watching me, and I’m pretty sure he knows Rafi is “my” cat.
So at this point I freaked, and I know the judge said I wasn’t to speak to him but I point blank asked him if he took my cat’s collar and he responded with an assortment of profanity. I called the cops again, I’m actually pretty freaked out right now. I’m writing this just to keep calm while they send someone out. I’m not letting Rafi leave tonight.
